Strengthening & Troubleshooting šŸ› ļø

  • Weak Backup Signal?
Position your phone or hotspot closer to your primary eero node to boost reception.

  • Backup Not Connecting?
Confirm your backup network’s SSID (network name) and password are correct.
Check that your hotspot allows connections from other devices (some phones disable this after time).

  • Still Stuck?
Restart your eero and hotspot: unplug both, wait 30 seconds, then power up in this order - ONT/router first, then hotspot.

With eero Internet Backup in your toolkit, you’ll never miss a beat, whether you’re in the middle of a crucial video call or on the verge of a gaming victory. Enjoy peace of mind and keep living at full speed!
