Cancelling Your Account

At Brillband, we understand that things change.

If you’d like to cancel your account, please contact our customer support team to arrange this. Please note that your eero router must be returned, you can find the steps for doing this here - https://support.brillband.com/en/articles/14957531-router-return

Still in Contract? ✅

If you’re still within your contract and choose to cancel, you’ll be responsible for paying the remainder of your contract in full upon your termination date with us. Our team will provide an invoice and guide you through the payment process.

Out of Contract? ❎

If your contract has ended and you decide not to renew, you can cancel at any time without additional fees. After your contract ends, your service will move to a rolling monthly plan (please note this comes with a price increase). We require 30 days’ notice before your cancellation is fully processed.
