Connection Loss Refund

Stay connected, with a fair refund if you experience downtime.

We know you rely on Brillband for work, play, and everything in between. If your service is down for more than 24 hours after activation, we’ll make sure you receive a pro-rated daily refund. There’s no need to fill in any forms, just let our friendly customer support team know as soon as you notice a drop in your connection. They’ll work quickly to get you back up and running and take care of the refund for you.

How We Calculate Your Refund

  • Daily Rate = Your monthly fee ÷ 30

  • Example: On a £38/month plan:
    £38 ÷ 30 days = £1.27 per day

If you’re offline for 3 days, that’s a £3.81 credit straight back to you. 🪙

On your next invoice as a credit note.
