If you need to update your payment details, you can do this by logging into your account through the customer portal on the Brillband website. Simply click the icon in the top right corner to access your billing information, or use the link below. From there, you can update your direct debit or debit/credit card details. 💳
If you’d like to change your billing date, please contact our customer service team via email, WhatsApp, or live chat on the Brillband website. Just let the team know which date you’d prefer to move your monthly billing too, and they’ll take care of the rest.
