Get ready to set up your eero and go live ⚡
Please ensure you have the eero app downloaded onto your phone before setup. 🤳
Whether it’s your first time setting up, after a house move, or following a reboot, the setup steps depend on your network provider:
Openreach network: You’ll need to set up Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE). This is a form of authentication required to get online.
Cityfibre network: No extra steps needed -just plug in your eero and you’re ready to go.
Before your install, you’ll receive an email from us with your unique PPPoE username and password. You’ll need these details to get online. You can change your password after your first sign-in. If you haven’t received this email, contact our customer support team, and they’ll supply your login details.
