This can happen for a few reasons.
The first thing you should check is if you have eero Secure settings turned on - eero will block websites it sees as an advert, including sponsored links from search engines such as Google.
What do I do if eero Secure causes a website or app to stop working?
If you are unable to visit a website with eero Secure turned off:
Please report any blocked websites to our Customer Support team.
Some websites have particularly strict security settings and will block visitors from accessing their site based on how you are connected to the internet.
As a relatively new broadband provider, some websites don't recognise our connection yet and might block you from accessing their site.
We understand how frustrating this is. If possible, you should contact the website's support team and let them know the error message you are seeing. It will be down to them to change their security settings and allow you to visit their site.
It can take some time for websites to acknowledge the issue and change their settings. If you need immediate access to a site that is blocked, we recommend switching your internet connection to mobile data (4G/5G) if possible.
