The eero 6 router sends a ‘ping’ every 30 seconds. When there has been a network issue for more than 30 seconds, it will tell you in the eero app.
When there is a network outage, we can see it on our end too! We'll quickly identify if an engineer visit is required to fix this outage or if it can be resolved internally.
