Sky Q leaving you with Q's?
You may need to make some simple changes to the settings of your Sky Q device to better the connection between our router.
Disable eco mode
➜ Press Home on your Sky Q remote
➜ Go to Settings
➜ Select Preferences
➜ Set Standby mode to None
Switch to the 5Ghz band
➜ Press Home on your Sky Q remote
➜ Go to Settings but don’t select anything just yet!
➜ Enter '001' on the remote and display the engineer menu
➜ From Networks, select 2.4GHz Wireless and toggle it off
➜ Press Back or Home on the remote to exit
Try a wired connection
If none of the above suggestions have helped, try connecting your Sky equipment directly to the router using an ethernet cable.
It will give you the strongest and most reliable connection.
