Move your broadband over to the new pad if it's serviceable and continue your existing contract.
All you need to do is provide us with the following:
A picture of a document showing your name and proof of new residence
The date you would like the connection to end at your current address
The date and time slot (AM: 8am - 1pm or PM: 1pm - 6pm) you would like the
connection to start at the new address
If we can't provide you with a connection in your new home, simply send us a picture of a document showing proof of new residence and we'll cancel your contract without any fuss.
If you're moving to a new home that is serviceable but you'd still like to cancel, our usual early exit policy will apply.
