You can easily move your broadband over to your new home if it's serviceable and continue on with your existing contract. All you need to do is provide us with the following:
- A picture of a document showing proof of new residence and your name
- The date you would like the connection to end at your current address
- The date and timeslot (8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm) you would like the connection to start at the new address
If we can't provide you with a connection in your new home, simply send us a picture of a document showing proof of new residence and we'll cancel your contract without any fuss.
If you're moving to a new home that is serviceable but you'd still like to cancel, our usual early exit policy will apply.
