Flats and high rises
Even though the engineers are fantastic at connecting buildings of all shapes and sizes, they will come with their differences in planning and potential obstacles.
A flat or tall building may require permission from other parties and/or internal wiring.
If permission is required
Our infrastructure partner will send you a wayleave document to be signed physically or digitally by the neighbour, building manager, or landlord.
You can also download the document at the bottom of this page.
This document needs to be signed by the relevant parties and returned before our partner can proceed with the installation.
Once signed, please email it to us and we'll forward it to them for you:

Please note: your installation will likely be delayed if you're not able to gain permission before your installation date.
